The sessions are held online via video chat at a pre-determined time. The time will be advertised at least a week in advance with the link to the video chat. During the week, members may submit questions via a form in their members area. These questions will be collated and grouped. The more commonly asked ones, or ones that are particularly intriguing will be answered at the beginning of the session for about 10 to 15 minutes. The remaining 80 or so minutes will be dedicated to individuals. The sessions are roughly 90 minutes long.

People on the live chat will be chosen for the hot seat at random and gut-feel during the chat.

Only if you get chosen for the hot seat during the live sessions. Individual one-on-one chat sessions may be booked depending on my availability. Feel free to inquire via email but time for private one-on-ones are not always guaranteed.

You will be given a personalised email address on which to contact me. Or you may submit messages from your members section.
Questions will be collated and responded to once per week. These responses will be emailed directly to you and will also be available in your members are for the duration of your subscription.

Payment for the Lab is always a month in advance, made via Paypal. It will be automatically deducted from your Paypal balance or linked Credit/Debit Card.

Should you cancel at any time within the month, your membership will be valid until the month is completed.

Yes, of course! You can cancel from within your member area whenever you want. A cancellation does not refund any already paid charges, and the cancellation will only take effect after the paid for month has ended. For example, if you started your subscription on 9 June, and cancel it on 15 September, you will still have access to Creation.Lab, and the live and email coaching sessions until the 9th of October. From that point on, of course, you will no longer have access to any of your coaching chats (so do keep a copy in your email inbox) or the recorded material, even if you’ve attended those sessions live.
